Membership Rules
General Membership Policies
- An annual Membership Fee of $25 per student is charged upon sign-up and on the anniversary date every year.
- New memberships require a six-month contract and are billed month-to-month. Automatic payment setup is required, with payments processed on the 1st of each month.
- Memberships can be placed on hold for up to one month per year, but this option can only be used once annually.
Cancellation Policies
- A $50 cancellation fee applies if a student cancels their membership before completing the six-month contract. This fee does not apply to current students.
- After completing the six-month contract, memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notification.
- No Refund Exceptions. Refunds will not be provided for unused membership periods or partial months, regardless of circumstances.
Rejoining Policy
- If a student leaves and wishes to return, they may be placed on a waiting list, depending on class availability, as classes are nearing full capacity.
Family Membership Plan
- Family members must reside at the same address to be eligible for a Family Membership plan.
- Adults who turn 21 years old are no longer eligible to remain on their parent’s Family Membership plan.
